What is Green Key?

Green Key is an international environmental certification for establishments in the tourism industry, available in over 60 countries worldwide. To become Green Key certified, a facility must meet several criteria across 13 different sustainability areas. The establishment must have a formulated environmental policy, energy and water-saving measures, and enhanced sorting opportunities, among other requirements.
